1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. This processing window covers order verification, quality checks, and packaging — it does not include transit time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. During high-volume periods such as sales events or holidays, processing times may extend slightly — we will communicate any significant delays proactively.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship via USPS and offer several service levels to suit different needs. Estimated delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date the order was placed. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days and is the most economical option for non-urgent orders. Expedited shipping delivers within approximately 2–31 business days for customers who need their order sooner. Express shipping is our fastest option, with an estimated delivery window of 1–2 business days from dispatch.

All timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not contractual guarantees. Occasional delays can occur due to high carrier volume, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not able to issue refunds solely on the basis of a carrier delay once an order has been successfully dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, your delivery address, and the shipping method selected. The final shipping cost will always be displayed clearly before you confirm payment — there are no hidden fees added after purchase. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80, which is applied automatically at checkout with no code required. Expedited and express services

are always charged at the standard carrier rate regardless of order value.

4. Order Tracking

Every order shipped with us includes a tracking number, which will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. Once dispatched, you are responsible for monitoring the progress of your shipment using the tracking link provided. If tracking shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we ask that you first check with neighbors, building management, or any safe locations the carrier may have left it before contacting us.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. We begin fulfillment shortly after an order is placed and cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address once processing has begun. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will contact you when the package is received back and arrange reshipment at your expense. Orders that are permanently lost due to a customer-provided address error are not eligible for a refund.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will make up to 2–31 delivery attempts before returning a package to us or holding it at a local facility. It is your responsibility to arrange collection or redelivery directly with the carrier if a delivery attempt was unsuccessful. We are not responsible for packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts resulting from the customer being unavailable or unresponsive to carrier notices.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

A package is considered lost if tracking shows no movement or update for 7 or more consecutive business days and the carrier confirms the shipment is missing. In this case, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier's internal process, which is outside our control, but we will keep you informed throughout. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will either reship the order or issue a refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen after the fact. In such cases, we recommend filing a report with your local postal service or authorities. We may, at our sole discretion, offer assistance in these situations, but we are under no obligation to do so.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not discard the original packaging. Take clear photographs of the damaged item and the packaging — both inside and out — before doing anything else. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the damage, and your photos. Claims submitted after this window or without adequate photographic evidence may not be eligible for resolution. Where damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. International Shipping

We currently do ship internationally. For international orders, estimated delivery times vary significantly by destination and can range from 7–21 business days depending on the country and customs processing times. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country upon arrival of the shipment. These charges are entirely outside our control and are not included in the shipping

cost paid at checkout. We are not able to mark orders as "gifts" or undervalue shipments on customs declarations.

 

10. Our Liability

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking confirms it is in the carrier's possession, responsibility for the physical shipment passes to the carrier. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damage that occur during transit, though we will always do our best to assist in resolving issues with the carrier. Our liability in any shipping-related dispute is limited to the value of the goods in the original order.
